As Managing Director of the Association of the Schell Collection, Mr. Schell takes care of the economic interests of the museum. Whether it’s funding applications or human resources – everything is in good hands with Mr. Schell. He supports the team in many ways and is always ready to listen to the employees. As the son and grandson of a collector, Mr. Schell also shows strong interest in the exhibits of the collection.<\/p>\n

Jasmin L\u00e4ngle, MA<\/strong><\/p>\n

\"\"<\/a>As an art historian, Ms. L\u00e4ngle demonstrates her professional expertise in handling museum objects as well as writing research articles. In her work as a research assistant at the Schell Collection, she is responsible for taking care of our guests, coordinating visitor inquiries and museum education, for example providing guided tours, among other things. Ms. L\u00e4ngle is also involved in the planning of events such as the Long Night of Museums (Lange Nacht der Museen), exhibition design and contact with our cooperation partners. She also looks after the museum’s library, records new acquisitions to the collection and takes care of book orders via our website. Object loans to other museums are processed by Ms. L\u00e4ngle with great care. With her efficient way of working and her organizational skills, she is indispensable to the museum.<\/p>\n

Laura M\u00fcller, BA BA BA<\/strong><\/p>\n

\"\"<\/a>As a historian, art historian and cultural anthropologist, Ms. M\u00fcller demonstrates her expertise in her work with the museum exhibits and her scientific articles on the website. With her broad specialized knowledge and many years of experience in the cultural sector, she is an enrichment to the museum’s scientific team. In addition to looking after the visitors, Ms. M\u00fcller is an experienced museum educator who can offer guided tours in both German and English. Her responsibilities include developing new educational programs for children every year, organizing the museum store and keeping an eye on visitor statistics as well as feedback forms. She creates content for the website and newsletter with care and creativity and curates the temporary exhibitions together with her colleagues.<\/p>\n

Julia Stegmann, BA<\/strong><\/p>\n

\"\"<\/a>As a historian, Mrs. Stegmann is primarily concerned with the historical aspect of our museum objects. Her broad knowledge is evident in her scientific contributions to the website as well as in her guided tours through the museum in German and English. With her many years of experience working on exhibitions and collection concepts, Mrs. Stegmann is an invaluable asset to the museum’s scientific team. She also takes care of the social media channels Instagram and Facebook with a lot of creativity. Mrs. Stegmann also handles the wide-ranging area of auctions and market observation and is therefore also co-responsible for the acquisition of new objects and the expansion of the collection. Together with her colleagues, she curates the special exhibitions and writes articles for the associated publications.<\/p>\n

Marion Schell<\/strong><\/p>\n

\"\"<\/a>As the good soul of the museum, Marion Schell supports us in many ways. During guided tours – especially the overview tours twice a week – you can benefit from Mrs. Schell’s detailed knowledge. She always endeavours to make the visit to the museum as pleasant as possible for all our visitors. Mrs. Schell has the museum’s depots firmly under control, which she keeps up to date and looks after with meticulous care. Mrs. Schell also uses this skill, when managing the cash desk.<\/p>\n

Emanuele Garsone<\/strong><\/p>\n

\"\"<\/a>Emanuele Garsone is passionate about giving our objects the right lustre. He works tirelessly through our inventory to give each object the honour of becoming a showpiece in the collection. So be sure to thank our eager restorer when you leave the museum. Mr. Garsone is also an expert in opening complex locks and caskets from past centuries. Mr. Garsone is also the expert in the museum for various IT issues.<\/p>\n

\"Nina<\/a>When it comes to accounting, Mrs. Perkonigg is always on top of things. Her voluntary work at the museum also includes helping with events and administrative tasks. Mrs. Perkonigg is also interested in museum education – especially for school classes.<\/p>\n
